16th-20th September - Sheffield Hallam University welcome week
21st/22nd September - University of Sheffield move-in weekend
23rd - 28th September - University of Sheffield welcome week
November (tbc) - Sheffield Hallam University graduation ceremoniesÂ
23rd December - 20th January - Christmas vacation and study period (both universities)
March (tbc) - Varsity (both universities)
7th April - 28th April - University of Sheffield Easter vacation and study period
1st July - Private sector accommodation tenancy changeover (both universities)
